Inventory finally reached the 6,000+ level for the first time in two years.

Getting back in the 6,000 – 9,000 range would be a welcomed sight to buyers.

We tend to see inventory level off around this time each year and then turn lower as we head into fall months.

Prices were flat to slightly higher month over month and significantly higher than June of 2021.
